Women’s Bible Study

This group meets one Tuesday evening a month. There is an in-person option and a Zoom option. Fellowship begins at 5:30 p.m. with the study to follow from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. A light meal is served for those meeting in person. The current study is “Lament.”

FPC has started a dinner group, Dinners for Eight, which places people in small groups of eight to meet up and have dinner once a month.

You can sign up to be in a Dinners for Eight group each November in Disciples Hall or by calling 785-272-3955 or 785-273-5336. Groups are formed in early January and then meet throughout the entire calendar year.

Different group members volunteer to host and generally everyone brings a dish to share. It’s a great way to connect and get to know other members in the church!

We have a group that meets on the third Tuesday of every month at 5:00 p.m. for fellowship while making caps, scarves, blankets, etc. If you would like more information, contact Kathy Pauls at kathypauls16@gmail.com.

Each week, Ellen Townsend and Michelle Kerr bring energy and worship to FPC through Revelation Fitness. This program is devoted to helping people live healthy and whole lives in Christ by providing fitness classes that are about more than just a workout. It aims to teach the entire individual — heart, soul, mind and strength — as they get healthy and become more whole.

Men and women of all ages and abilities are invited to participate (minors must be accompanied by an adult). The classes take place at 12:30 p.m., each Wednesday, in Room 201B at FPC.

After your first class, we suggest a $2 donation. Please do not let financial burdens keep you from attending this exciting class. We have plenty of other ways you can help us continue this program.
