Service Times

While each Sunday is unique, we follow a traditional Presbyterian order of worship. Within this framework, we seek to offer experiences of worship that deepen faith, nurture discipleship, and connect to the concerns of daily life. We hope you will join us soon and return often.

We are currently in our school year schedule, which begins the second Sunday of September and runs through the end of May. We offer two worship services, 8:30 and 10:30 a.m., with Sunday School from 9:15 to 10:15.

8:30 Worship takes place in the intimate setting of the chapel. This service is abbreviated, usually lasting 45 minutes. The focus of the service is Scripture, sermon and prayer, with congregational hymns and a children’s moment.

10:30 Worship takes place in the exquisite setting of the sanctuary, where a lively and welcoming congregation gathers with reverence for inspiration, connection and meaning. In classic Presbyterian-style, the reading and proclamation of Scripture are central to our worship. Sermons seek to make connections between God’s Word and our world. Our hands-down impressive choir, outstanding organist, and vocal and instrumental soloists add musical excellence. The congregation includes all ages, with a brief portion of the service created especially for children.

Our summer schedule runs from the first Sunday in June through the first Sunday in September. We have one worship service at 9:30 a.m. in the Sanctuary followed by a time of fellowship in Disciples Hall. The nursery is available from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. There is no children’s Sunday School during the summer. One adult class meets in room 201C (second floor) at 10:30 a.m.
